A message from our CEO
It’s been a couple of months since our last newsletter, and we have some exciting updates to share with you. We will be launching our new website very soon so keep an eye on our social media over the coming days for updates... 👀
Last week, we had a great day showcasing inclusio at the Future of Entrepreneurship event in Dublin City University. It was great to hear from the incredible speakers on the day including Paul Cheek (Executive Director, Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship & Senior Lecturer at MIT, and Author of Startup Tactics) who put a challenging thought to the audience:
“I believe that AI has the potential to put entrepreneurs out of business.”
He predicts that we will have companies run exclusively by AI CEOs. Let’s watch this space!

inclusio Learning Labs has teamed up with the Irish Banking Culture Board (IBCB) to launch the Inclusive Communications Initiative for member banks AIB, Bank of Ireland, and PTSB. This initiative aims to improve communication within the banking sector.
We will provide co-created learning modules to promote inclusive communication practices and practical toolkits for leaders and staff to support effective communication both internally and with customers. We believe this partnership will help create a more inclusive and supportive environment in the banking industry.
I want to share an interesting article I read recently titled “To Excel, Diverse Teams Need Psychological Safety.” The article highlights the importance of psychological safety in helping diverse teams perform at their best and achieve high productivity.
The key insight is that while diverse teams bring many perspectives and innovations, creating a psychologically safe environment is essential for activating diversity and fostering collaboration.
