Our Story
inclusio's people intelligence platform is based on eight years of academic research and industry validation.
Originating from Sandra Healy’s two decades of experience in senior engineering and leadership roles within the global telecommunications sector. An organisational psychologist, chartered engineer and NLP master practitioner, Sandra is a recognised expert in behavioural data science, culture measurement and performance transformation.
In 2016, she brought the concept for inclusio into Dublin City University, where it was developed and validated over four years of academic research and development. Joined by co-founders Deborah Murphy and Arthur Lubambo, inclusio formally spun out in 2020.
The company was created to address a persistent problem; leaders lacked reliable, credible data to understand, manage and report on culture performance. Without measurement, culture remained difficult to shift and impossible to optimise at scale.
Today, as Founder and CEO, Sandra leads the development of an award-winning platform that applies behavioural science, gamification and ethical AI that transforms cultural data into measurable business and regulatory outcomes.
